Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Start date: October 27, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.
2. Closing date: November 6, 2021, at 11:00 p.m.
3. Draw date: November 7, 2021.
4. Purpose of the promotional: To encourage and position the sale of services and web developments by ELEVEN GRAPHIC DESIGN
5. Giveaway Prize: A landing-type webpage with a single page with its conditioning (domain hosting, links to social networks, contact form, links required by the winner directed to third-party pages and information, texts, videos, images provided by the winner.

To participate in the activity you must meet and comply with the following:

Register on the ELEVEN GRAPHIC DESIGN website with the required and mandatory data for the development of the contest

The method of selecting the winner will be as follows:

The raffle will be held on November 7th through an automated selection program where the winner will be selected in a Facebook post.

The winner will be published on November 8th on the different social networks of eleven graphic design.

Delivery of the award (s):

The winner will be contacted by our work team where a virtual meeting will be scheduled to start the development plan. Once the work plan with the winner is finished, the development dates, verification and delivery of the project are established, which will not exceed 15 business days

Conditions and restrictions:

  • Does not apply to e-commerce projects
  • Web development will not be carried out if it involves any illegal actions or is used to promote distribution or incite any illegal activity.
  • Development will not be made if this includes any type of pornography or explicit sexual acts.
  • The winner will not be able to receive a prize if they have previously won in one other of our contests.
  • The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner, or with the prior written authorization of the winner, it may be transferred to a third party.
  • The participant who is selected as the winner will be announced on the website www.elevengraphicdesign.com and on the company’s social networks.
  • The winner agrees to sign the delivery document or document and / or any other that is required for the delivery of the prize and closing of this promotional activity.
  • Any additional plugin requested by the winner that is a paid service is excluded from the prize.
  • The winner must bear the monthly maintenance costs of the webpage if required by him/her.
  • The winner must assume the costs related to hosting and domain that are generated after the first year of activation and these payments must be made annually by the winner.
  • The development and delivery of the web will be carried out exclusively on our hosting servers, after the successful delivery of the project the winner can request the transfer to another hosting provided by him or a third party (the transfer costs will be assumed by the client in his whole).
  • In the event that for any unforeseen event, force majeure, fortuitous event in which the winner cannot receive the prize and cannot be transferred to a third party, a new draw will be held only with the people already registered in the initial draw
    ELEVEN GRAPHIC DESIGN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant and winner who it considers to be manipulating the process, or the operation of the activity, or who does not comply with these terms and conditions, or acts in a way that violates the honor, dignity, privacy, image, physical and moral integrity of the other participants and / or ELEVEN GRAPHIC DESIGN.

Interpretation:

This promotional activity will be governed mainly in accordance with these terms, conditions and restrictions, as well as, by the applicable rules and regulations set eleven graphic design.
